Our story
Why the company exists
Most cleaning is bought as a cost line and delivered as a checklist. The result is predictable: the visit happens, the invoice arrives, and nobody can say whether the space actually met a standard. Tranquil Beauty Oasis (Pty) Ltd was formed to sell the opposite — cleaning where the outcome is written down, delivered by briefed people and verified afterwards.
We treat cleaning as presentation work. A hotel room, an estate residence, a newly completed building and a corporate reception all have one thing in common: someone walks in and forms a judgement in the first three seconds. Our job is to control those three seconds, and then hold that condition for as long as the contract runs.
The company is based in Johannesburg and works across residential, hospitality, construction, commercial and multi-site portfolios. Where a client needs supporting consumables and procurement, we manage those alongside the service rather than leaving them to be chased separately.
What we promise
We make spaces look, feel, and remain immaculate.
Nothing more dramatic than that — a defined scope, consistent attendance, and an honest record of what was done.

How we work, in five stages
The standard is the same across every service line.

Assess
We walk the space, record materials, finishes, problem areas and access constraints, then agree what immaculate means for this building in writing.

Prepare
Scope becomes a plan: task list, frequencies, equipment, chemistry, personnel and the hours we work so nothing depends on improvisation.

Restore
The first deep pass brings the space to standard — the reset that everything afterwards is measured against.

Maintain
Rostered attendance holds the standard, with the same team, the same sequence and the same finish on every visit.

Verify
Supervised inspection against the agreed scope, findings logged, corrections made on the next attendance or sooner where urgent.
