Hospitality & housekeeping

Housekeeping that protects the guest experience

Hotels, guest houses and short-stay portfolios need the same room, presented the same way, every single arrival. We work to your occupancy, not to an open-ended visit.

Room cycle

From departure to arrival-ready

Each room moves through the same sequence so nothing depends on memory or a rushed final glance.

  1. 01

    Strip and reset

Linen removed and bagged, waste cleared, the room emptied of the previous stay before any cleaning begins.

  2. 02

    Bathroom finishing

Sanitary ware, glass and fittings cleaned and left dry and streak-free, amenities presented consistently.

  3. 03

    Bed and soft furnishing

Linen presented square, upholstery and curtains checked, dust removed from ledges and behind headboards.

  4. 04

    Release inspection

A final walk against the room checklist before the room is released as arrival-ready.

Scope

Where housekeeping support fits

Hospitality & Housekeeping

Rooms are prepared to a repeatable presentation standard so every arrival reads the same. We work to turnaround windows, not open-ended visits, and hand back rooms inspection-ready.

  • Same-day Airbnb and short-stay turnover
  • Linen handling, bed presentation and bathroom finishing
  • Public area and corridor upkeep through the day
  • Room-ready sign-off before release

Staffing & Trained Personnel

Personnel are inducted on the specific site: access routes, sensitive areas, materials, and what finished looks like. Rosters name the people attending so you are not meeting a stranger each week.

  • Site-specific induction before first shift
  • Fixed rosters with named relief cover
  • Uniformed, presentation-aware conduct
  • Supervisory oversight on larger sites

Specialist Presentation & Event-Ready Turnaround

When a space has to look its best on a fixed hour, we work backwards from that hour: pre-event detailing, discreet cover during the event where required, and a full reset afterwards.

  • Pre-event detailing to a fixed deadline
  • Show-day and viewing preparation
  • Discreet on-site cover during events
  • Post-event reset and reinstatement
