Construction cleaning
Post-construction cleaning is a staged process. Bulk debris first, then fine dust from every surface that holds it, then the presentation pass that makes a building show well.
Phases
We work with the site programme so cleaning does not collide with trades still finishing.
During the build and snag phase: bulk debris and offcuts cleared, walkways and stairs made safe, surfaces prepared for following trades.
The pass most often skipped. Cement and gypsum dust extracted from ceilings, services, ledges, reveals, skirtings and inside cupboards.
Protective film, adhesive, paint spots and marks removed; glass finished clear; floors treated so the space is ready for inspection and photography.
Scope
Sites move from dusty to presentable in staged passes: bulk debris removal, fine dust extraction from ledges and services, then a final finish so the space photographs and hands over well.
Personnel are inducted on the specific site: access routes, sensitive areas, materials, and what finished looks like. Rosters name the people attending so you are not meeting a stranger each week.

Before
Fine cement dust on every ledge, protective film still on glass, adhesive residue on frames.
After
Dust extracted from services and reveals, glass finished clear, frames and floors handed over presentable.
Before
Departure state: stripped linen, used bathroom, surfaces marked from occupancy.
After
Linen presented square, bathroom finished dry and streak-free, room signed off as arrival-ready.

Traffic marks on stone, smudged entrance glass, dust on high ledges.
After
Stone burnished evenly, entrance glass clear front and back, high level dust removed.
